OOC Sports Academy invites you to join our thrilling 15-week flag football league for athletes aged 5-17! Enroll your player for an exciting experience that goes beyond just playing games. This league is all about developing essential skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and understanding the fundamental rules of flag football. Every Saturday, from February 1, 2025, to May 10, 2025, your athlete will enjoy 1 hour of skill-building practice followed by 20 minutes of game time. Our game day features an engaging 5-on-5 format with two 10-minute halves and a 2-minute halftime break. For our younger players aged 5-7, we ensure equal playing time for everyone, promoting inclusivity and fun. This league is designed to be competitive, especially for younger participants aged 5-10, where they’ll focus on mastering the basics, building teamwork, showing good sportsmanship, and learning the rules of flag football. For athletes aged 11-17, this is a fantastic opportunity to sharpen their skills, particularly for those looking for more playing time or who may not have made their school team. Our focus is on player development, making this league perfect for athletes eager to improve their fundamentals, boost their flag football IQ, and gain valuable game experience.
